I’m Lisa, an Aromatherapist, Intuitive Guide and Energy Practitioner devoted to helping sensitive souls remember their wholeness - to feel safe, centred and clear in both body and spirit.
My Journey Back to Peace
From a young age, anxiety shaped much of my inner world. Each day felt like walking on uneven ground, my nervous system constantly searching for safety.
For years, I sought answers through therapy, self-help and endless inner work, yet the disconnection remained.
It wasn’t until I turned inward to my breath, body and the rhythms of nature that I began to remember another way of being.
Through meditation, energy work, aromatherapy and rituals rooted in the Earth, I found what I now call living alignment - harmony between my inner stillness and outer world.

This personal awakening became the foundation of my work, guiding others who feel deeply to reconnect with presence, peace and trust in their own energy.
The Five Pillars of Wholeness grew from both my personal journey and the hundreds of client sessions I’ve shared over the past decade.
They form a simple yet profound framework for living in harmony with your inner and outer worlds, and in reciprocity with the Earth that sustains us.
